Organisation
The growth of the activity of Global Synergy Group led us to establish several wholly-owned subsidiaries. In compliance with legal requirements governing our profession and with a view to streamlining our business structure, Global Synergy Group is made up of three distinct companies: GSG SAS, 2ADS and 3D Protect.
The safety and security professions are governed by specific legislation which stipulates that the protection of goods and the protection of individuals must be separated. To clarify our service package and ensure excellent performance, Global Synergy Group has divided its operational safety-security activities into two entities :
2ADS : a manned security guarding and asset protection provider. 2ADS has developed proprietary methods to fight theft and fraud. We place particular importance on the quality of reporting and feedback, making the firm one of the most demanding and rigorous in the sector.
3D Protect : specialised in personal protection. 3D Protect provides different types of close cover protection services for dignitaries and Key Managers.
The two entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Group, represented by the GSG SAS holding company that regroups the consultancy and operational support services of the Group.
The existence of separate entities means legal and regulatory compliance, but does not overlook the essential factor. i.e. each profession can participate in a project, whether it be under the responsibility of GSG SAS or under the helm of one of its subsidiaries.
Global Synergy Group is also an official French National Defence Partner and a member of AMRAE.
