Global Synergy Group divides its activity into seven complementary areas of expertise. Together they constitute a comprehensive service package for the delivery of effective corporate risk management solutions.

 

The advantage of this service provision method is that each division of the Group can be activated independently or in combination in the event of complex security needs. For example, apart from input from the Crisis Director, crisis management may involve security teams to scope the physical and technical risks, a Monitoring Centre (BI) to provide in-depth information to crisis managers, and training sessions to allow the client better manage the post-crisis phase.

Management by specific Project Teams is the rule : a Project Manager is named for each contract to serve as the client’s single point of contact and coordinate additional services provided by each division, Global Synergy Group’s experts and input from GSG’s subsidiaries if required.
